Where are you shipping from? How long does it take?
We're in Bern, Switzerland.
This is why - except for orders from Switzerland - we don't charge you VAT. This is perfectly legal. Your home country is responsible for collecting VAT.
Depending on the efficiency of your national Post Office, you should get your stuff after two weeks, at most. Usually it takes 5 to 7 calendar days.

We don't know for sure because fees are different for every country, but estimate the following:

Do you accept payment after delivery for companies?

If you purchase for a reputable company - say Nestlé, UBS, Government of Finland - we will send you a bill after delivery. But this is entirely at our discretion. Don't count on it.

What should I do before contacting technical support? (Windows)
Please download and install the latest version of MacroWorks 3 from the producer's website. You'll always find the latest version under this link: http://www.x-keys.com/software/mw3.php. Look for the title « Download MacroWorks 3 ». Click the link as described here:
After you have installed MacroWorks 3, restart your PC. Check if the problem is still there.

- Describe what you have already tried.
- Describe exactly which steps can reproduce the problem. (First I did A. Then I did B. Then Error C appeared.) (Or take a screenvideo, e.g. with Screencast-o-matic).
